Nicholas Cusworth KC is appointed to the High Court

The Family Law Bar Association offers its congratulations to our former Chair, Nicholas Cusworth KC, upon his appointment to the High Court of Justice.

Nicholas Cusworth KC will be known as The Honourable Mr Justice Cusworth. He was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 1986 and took Silk in 2009. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2007. He was the Chair of the Association between 2012 and 2013.

He will take up appointment on 11 January 2024.

The Lady Chief Justice will assign Nicholas Cusworth KC to the Family Division of the High Court.
