FLBA Responds to Fairer End to Relationships Consultation

The important ‘Fairer End to Relationships’ Consultation closed on Friday last week. The Family Law Bar Association convened a group of members, including members of our Financial Remedies sub-committee and others to consider and respond to this wide ranging document on behalf of the Association. We are grateful to all those members for all their hard work on the consultation response, which we hope will inform next steps in this field.
